Mission

• SHEDU will work at national and local levels, together with its members, to create positive social attitudes, policies and practices that promote equity for community in terms of access, retention. Performance and quality, through influencing the transformation of educational systems in Somalia by changing their behavior of Preference for boys to education opportunities.
• With high honest & commitment we intend to work with the local peopleon how best they could develop & utilize their recourses, SHEDU offers voluntary awareness sessions on the promotion of education on their sites.
• To actively and efficiently contribute to sense of school ownership and Participation of school improvements by local communities at all levels.

Vision

• SHEDU aspires to see a society of all school age boys/girls have access to schooling complete their studies and perform well at all levels as well as Improved WASH Practices.
• We desire to see empowered youth & improved capacities through sustainable human development programs such as (education, Training and orientation) and remove obstacles on the way of education and WASH against the children, parents/guardians in the country.
